Most of my designs use a variety of knits and stretch fabrics which are created without fasteners. To keep the fit and allow for
the style to fit snugly I do not finish the seams when the fabric doesn't fray this way the seams lay flatter against the doll.
I also do not use lining unless specified - again to keep the fit and look.
