Below are exterior photos. At the creation time of these pages I have not had time to take photos of the garage. The old wood over head style garage door was professionally replace with an insulated sectional garage door approx 1 1/2 years ago.

Double door entry

Pool is 100% perfect operating condition. 2 months ago it was drained, and acid washed. Pool was professionally re-plastered in 2003. Has a large 48 sq ft DE filtration system. As a bonus: Alan (owner) from Culver Pool Supplies (http://culverpoolsupply.com) has graciously offered the buyer of this home an additional 20% off all pool supplies. Not really a big deal, but HEY, it can save you a chunk of money over the course of a year.
Pool will be refilled upon sale. Also included is a Kreepy Crawler auto pool cleaner (though it is in need of repair), and a solar cover roll up device (shown below).

Above, & below, you will see a dog house (when I use to have 2 large dogs). Buyer can keep it, or I will have it dismantled.

Patio slider door was replaced about 4 months ago.
