2nd & 3rd floors

The 2nd & 3rd floor are huge, & I mean "HUGE" open space areas. Access is from exterior stairs. I originally built this as a place to run my computer business (at the time) in 1991. To this day I am still surprised that Culver City granted the permits for this addition. One GREAT thing about this addition is that it can be rented. It has been rented twice in the past. Last time it was rented it got $1100 a month, and that was in 2001. Probably can get $1400, or $1500 (maybe more) a month now a days.. Remember the upper 2 floors alone are very close to 1600 square feet. Have a kitchen put in, and you could probably get a lot more per month. Or if you run a business (or want to), then you will really appreciate this unique property, and the ADDED tax benefits available to you of a home based business.
