Many years ago I owned a small computer wholesale
business. During that time I met Jeff Levy. At that time Jeff Levy
was a practicing attorney registered with the California Bar Assoc..
I was having a bit of a legal issue with one of my suppliers. There
was a dispute over how much money I owed them. So I consulted Jeff
about it. He suggested that I deposit the amount that I knew was
owed ($10,000.00) in his Attorney-Client trust fund/account. He said
"Should this go to court. it would show "GOOD FAITH" that I
deposited the funds in an account of a neutral party". I
took his advice, & deposited the $10K into Jeff's TRUST account. A
few weeks went by. Then one day I got a phone call from someone that
also knew Jeff Levy. They said "Did you hear what happened
to Jeff?". I said "No, what happened?". I
was then told that Jeff Levy had been convicted, & sentenced
to 10 years in a California state prison facility for trafficking
large quantities of illegal drugs. Unbeknownst to me, Jeff
Levy apparently had been arrested with drugs in his possession, &
had been fighting the indictment for quite some time. Of course my
next thought was "What about the $10K I placed in his TRUST
FUND?". So I called his office, & spoke with his
secretary. I asked her what happened, & I asked her about my $10K.
She was sympathetic when she told me that Jeff Levy had
stolen, & used my $10K for his own purposes. Of course I was
in a panic. I didn't know what to do. I eventually ended up talking
with a Los Angeles Police Dept. Detective. He advised that I file
criminal charges against Jeff. Informing me that this would be a
slam dunk to add at least another 2 years onto his prison sentence..
I started thinking that adding more time to his sentence would NOT
get my $10K back. I figured Jeff would probably end up only serving
3-5 years of his sentence. So I decided not to prosecute him. I
would wait.. In the mean time I had to borrow the money he stole
from me, from my bank. I was already in financial trouble at the
time, & this certainly didn't help any.. It took me 2 years to pay
off that $10K (plus interest). I eventually had to file bankruptcy
for my business. Would that $10K have saved my business? I don't
know, probably not. But it certainly would have allowed me more time
to try saving it.
Then a few years later I got a call informing me that Jeff had
been paroled from Susanville California State prison. It
took me approx. 3-4 months to track him down. When I finally spoke
to Jeff, he was apologetic (what else could he be?), & assured me
that he would pay back every bit of the money he stole from me. Over
the next few months Jeff paid me a total sum of $1800. Then he
simply disappeared. Another few years went by, when one day in April
of 2007 I was talking to someone that happened to mention that he
listened to a radio show on KNX AM, & the host was named Jeff Levy.
I thought "NOOOO, is it possible that this is the same Jeff
Levy?". So I looked it up on the internet, & sure
enough, the VERY SAME Jeff Levy.. I then immediately sent an email,
& a FAX to the contact information supplied at
www.jefflevy.com . A couple of
days later Jeff called me, & we arranged to have lunch to discuss a
repayment plan. Before I met him for lunch, I calculated the accrued
interest (at the varying PRIME rates for each different year) for
the money he stole from me. The total amount was astronomical. So I
decide to be nice to him once again, & reduce the total amount by
over 50%. When I met Jeff for lunch, & showed him the reduced
amount, he said "You will be lucky if you get the original
amount".. I would be lucky? I thought "You
RAT BA**ARD, you're the one that's lucky I didn't prosecute you".
Since then, all Jeff has done is delay, & give me one excuse, after
another. Recently Jeff has started getting nasty with me (as if it
was my fault he stole my money) by saying I should have gotten a
judgment against him, I should have done this.., & I should have
done that... What I should have done was listened to the LAPD
detective, & prosecuted him. Jeff has even gone as far as to start
threatening me.. That's when I decided to create this web page. I
figured the world should know the TRUE Jeff Levy. Maybe I'll get
lucky, & Jeff will decide to take this matter before a court. I
certainly would welcome sharing this in a public arena.
I guarantee that all the above information is true, & accurate. You
decide whether you want to continue supporting Jeff Levy by
listening to any of his AM Radio (or other type) broadcasts.

that Jeff Levy resigned his attorney status. He resigned because he
had no choice, he would have been DISBARRED for violating the laws
of legal council.
