The solitaire diamond ring has been inspected twice a year and is in excellent condition.

Last inspection on the diamond rin= g was performed on 11/29/07.

On 1/4/03, I purchased a 14 Kt. Yellow Gold Diamond Enhancer (ring guard) w= hich goes

perfe= ctly with the solitaire. As part of this auction, I am also including the Ring Guard

which= originally retailed for $1,099.00 (yes, I have = that receipt also). I also purchas= ed

the Extended Service Plan on this ring guard ($59.99). This ring guard was= also

purch= ased from Kay Jewelers.

NOTE: It will be up to the purchaser to = work with Kay Jewelers to get ESP Plan transferred
