Sesame Ginger Grilled Tofu 1 lb extrafirm tofu, drained and cut into 8 slices 2/3 cup Ginger Sesame marinade 1 TB finely chopped fresh cilantro 1 TB low sodium soy sauce Cooking spray Scallions Thinly sliced limes Drain and slice tofu. Marinate for 30 minutes in marinade of choice. Grill 2 minutes on each side or until browned, basting. Grill scallions and lime slices with tofu.
